openssh 5.8.0.2 64-bit

Announcing openssh version 5.8.0.2 (5.8p2) for 64-bit Interix/SUA.
This release is for 64-bit Interix only using the new gcc 64-bit Beta.
This release is a static build (no shared libraries used). I had hoped that we would
have had the information (source code) or changes (binaries) from Microsoft so that
shared libraries could be used. However, I would like to release this so people
have a chance to try it. I've used it on-and-off for a few weeks but more people
means something might be found with gcc. Though it I will state that things
look pretty good.

Versus the previous 32-bit builds of openssh this version should be able to
handle file transfers up to 4TB. Key calculations should be a faster as well though
for people typing I think the network bandwidth/flow will still be more a factor.
Otherwise things should be the same (i.e. can use skey).
