gcc 4.2 for Interix 3.5

Announcing gcc version 4.2 for Interix 3.5.

A version (from MS) is already distributed for Interix 6.0 (SUA).
This package is strictly the "gcc" parts. It's a build of the gcc
code from the CD release. It's all of the parts for gcc, but this
does not include the "binutils".

It is placed in the "beta" section of the ftp site since that's what it is.
It's fresh from being built and has had minimal testing. Give it a whirl
and give us some feedback about the install and how it's running.
I fully expect that there will be issues, though I expect they're are
either minor or can be worked around.

To install this BETA:

    pkg_add ftp://ftp.interopsystems.com/pkgs/beta/gcc-4.2.0.tgz
