local administrator mapping to root in Unix
Hi all,

we had a problem in mapping local admin to root in SUA, we have pointed to different username map server but we need map windows server 2008 local administrator user to root in UNIX??

Is this the local administrator that is on the domain server?
If so then this is the same administrator as the domain administrator.
If it's the domain administrator open AD and then the properties panel for Administrator. Look for the Unix tab. There will be entries to set for user and group. This will provide the NFS mapping for SID to UID/GID and back again.

If you don't see the Unix tab then you need to add another component for Identity Management.

nope, we dont have administrator account enabled in the domain level.... any other way ???
