SUA, W7 and the add-on tools

Hi all,

I'm testing W7 ultimate, turning on SUA and installing the full SDK package. Finally I've downloaded the complete toolset to "c:\users\me\Downloads" folder. Now I'm trying to execute the package but it's failing! Seems to be an incompatible version with W7.

Is there any other way to install the complete toolset? (pkg, bash ...)
