Announcing install version 1.0 for Interix 3.5.

Interix 3.5 ships with a version of install already
but it hasn't been updated for a long time. So if you need
the -d option or another option not currently listed
on your man page this is the update.

To install do:

pkg_add ftp://ftp.interopsystems.com/pkgs/3.5/in...nt-bin.tgz

(Just so folks aren't confused: this utility doesn't install software packages.
This is the utility used by software builds to copy locally built binaries
into place.)
