stat 0.9

This announces stat the utility version 0.9.
A utility that I always wanted to do and the discussion
in the Forum about ls gave me the excuse

It's version "0.9" since I haven't done a man page yet.
It's the utility stat with symlinks to it as lstat
and fstat. These three stat's can also be achieved with
command line options. You can use "-h" for a bit of help.
Essentially this is the utility to the stat/lstat/fstat() API's.

To install do:

pkg_add ftp://ftp.interopsystems.com/pkgs/3.5/st...nt-bin.tgz
