libncurses 5.4

This announces libncurses version 5.4 for Interix 3.5.

To install/update do:

pkg_add ftp://ftp.interopsystems.com/pkgs/3.5/li...nt-bin.tgz

This updates libncurses to version 5.4 from previous /Tools version of 5.3
and the SFU (on CD) version of 5.2. Various bugs have been fixed from 5.3 and the
API set has been more fully completed. Refer to the ncurses home web page for details
or the notes in the source code.

I'll note that you will prefer using this /Tools version as it includes the terminfo
correction for the interix terminal. The interix terminal definition is
now (as of 5.4) part of the release of ncurses. So this is good news for telnet'ing,
etc. between systems. It'll take time for this to be picked up by everyone. The
correction that is needed is that 'bw' is to be removed from the description. With
'bw' the occational blip in o/p can happen.
