pkg 2.2

Announcing pkg version 2.2.

This version has additional functionality from the previous version.
The new functionality:
- packages installed/added and uninstalled/deleted are added to syslog now
- pkg_add and pkg_delete now test for a lock to coordinate
that only one instance of either is running on the same machine at a time.

Both of these additions are for sysadmin's to track the software cycle
and to ensure environments with multiple sysadmin's work more cleanly.

to update do:

pkg_update -L pkg

or

pkg_add ftp://ftp.interopsystems.com/pkgs/3.5/pk...nt-bin.tgz
