syslog 1.1.2

Announcing syslogd version 1.1.2 for Interix.

This version is an update to the previous version (1.1.1) to
work-around a bug with FIFO's and select() for Interix 3.5
(yes, even all of the hotfixes existing to this point).
This reduces the CPU consumption caused by select() erroneously
indicating there is something to read.

To update do:

pkg_update -L syslogd

Note: You can still use pkg_add but we are trying to wean users over to using pkg_update for
the multiple platform support in the upcoming future. Thanks.

I will be reporting this FIFO bug and a similar one with AF_UNIX.
