New installer web pages

We've written 3 new simple web pages about the installer.
The more detailed, technical pkg_install web page is still there.
The new pages are designed to be simple and focused for easier use and easier understanding.
The manual pages of course still contained the most details.

The new pages are on
- updating and installing
- displaying information about packages
- deleting (removing or uninstalling) packages
