Announcing jpg version 6b.4.
This includes the jpeg utilities and libraries (static & shared).
This is mostly a release to have the package for Interix 6.0.
The Interix 3.5/5.2 package is redone just to be in sycn with the
numbering and to have "rpath" add to the shared library.

To install/update do: 
    pkg_update -L jpeg
